On August 19, 2017, the Vintage901 Team will host another Vintage901 experience. We will transform a private Cordova, TN farm for a Lowcountry Seafood Boil. The Wine Coach, Laurie Forster, will be back to share her personal brand of edutainment. One part wine education and one part social interaction minus the snooty attitude, and Chef Danial "Sleepy" Johnson of Tart will do what he does best. He takes the freshest ingredients and creates something wonderful and unexpected! Laurie will serve as our Grand Sommelier, pairing the best wines with the tasty seafood cooked by Chef Johnson.
